Note: Oversize and unusually heavy packages may require additional shipping charges.
UPS Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day delivery is available Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. When calculating delivery, do not count the day shipped, Saturday, Sunday or holidays. For example, a 2 Day order shipped on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday (you can't count the day shipped, Saturday or Sunday).
Wholesale orders are billed the exact UPS shipping charge which may be higher than the rates listed above.
Address Corrections:
UPS charges $10.00 to change
or redirect any package after it is shipped. If you make a mistake on
your shipping address, please call us as soon as possible. If we can correct the
address before your package is shipped there is no charge.
State Sales Tax:
Florida residents only, please add 7% sales tax.
Canada and International
orders:
International Shipping Charges:
All international orders are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail. Canadian customers have the option of shipping via USPS International Priority. International shipping charges are based on weight and are not subject to free shipping over a certain dollar amount. Please select your country from the drop-down box and complete the information including a valid email address. The Shipping & Billing page will not show a shipping charge. Submit your order and someone from our Customer Service Department will email you your total including the shipping cost. This cost includes Handling, Packing and Insurance. It does not include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees that may be added by your country upon delivery.

When we say "no-hassle" we mean just that. If
a product fails to satisfy you, return the product, postage prepaid, and we'll
exchange it or refund your money in full (minus original shipping charges),
whichever you wish. We stand behind everything we sell.
*Sorry but car covers may be subject to a restocking charge. We
do our best to describe each fabric. Most people will narrow their selection to
two fabrics and typically purchase the less expensive of the two. If you receive
your car cover and wish that you had upgraded to the next level of material,
just call us. We'll have you return your cover to us and we will order a new
cover for you. All you're out is return shipping. There is no restocking charge
when upgrading to a better fabric. If you receive your cover and just do not
like it, you can still return it. Call us and we'll give you a return
authorization number. You are responsible for return shipping and there will be
a 20% restocking charge deducted from your refund. We're sorry for the
restocking charge but these are custom ordered products and we have to find
someone else that wants your cover."
